Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll recieve a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat $11 standard shipping and $15 Express shipping Australia wide. With free shipping on orders over $80.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times:

Tasmania 2-5 business days. Mainland Australia: 3-8 Business days.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
